Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM)
Description:
SIMA is looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager to join its team, with availability to relocate and work at the Capannori (LU) location.
Responsibilities:
- Compliance Monitoring Manager for EASA Part CAMO & EASA Part 145
- Quality Manager for EASA Part 147
- Quality Manager for a quality management system compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015
Required requirements:
- Five years of relevant work experience, with at least two years in the aviation industry in a suitable position
- A relevant engineering degree or a qualification as an aviation maintenance technician with additional training acceptable to the competent authority. This requirement may be substituted with two additional years of experience beyond those recommended above. These two years should cover an adequate combination of experience in Compliance and Safety management tasks, as well as oversight of maintenance, airworthiness management, and technical personnel training activities
- Practical experience and expertise in applying aviation safety standards and safe operating practices
- In-depth knowledge of Human Factors principles, Safety, and Compliance Management
- Preferably, at least one type-course on aircraft similar to those of the company or familiarization courses on similar aircraft conducted by an organization approved under Part 147, Part 145, the Manufacturer, or recognized by ENAC, to conduct audits covering specific technical functions
- Specific knowledge of auditing techniques
- Thorough knowledge of applicable aviation regulations, including specific regulatory requirements for maintenance, airworthiness management, and technical personnel training activities
- Knowledge of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
- Strong language and communication skills
